摘要
对襄樊铁路医院实施绩效改革方案前(1997—1999年)后(2000—2002年)各临床科室的绩效进行了纵向和横向的对比,同时运用运筹学综合评价的方法对2002年各临床科室的绩效进行了排序。结果表明,绩效改革方案实施后,各临床科室的业务量、工作质量和效率、财务收支情况以及收入分配均有了较显著的改善,并对今后进一步提高绩效和完善方案提出了对策和建议。
The paper vertically and horizontally compared the performance of X ia ngfan Railroad Hospital's clinical departments before(1997-1999) and after (200 0-2002) performance reform.The performance of clinical departments in 2002 were sorted by synthetical evaluation method of operations research.The results show ed that the workload,qualities,effciencies,finance revenue and expense circumsta nces and incomes allocations were improved remarkably.Some strategies and sugges tions were supplied to improve the performance and the reform project in the fol lowing days.
