摘要
现阶段各医疗机构为了保持医院的竞争优势和可持续发展,在人事制度改革的同时进行了分配制度改革———推行绩效工资制,体现了按劳分配、绩效优先的原则,但是在推行绩效工资时,应注意几个问题,否则将不能起到事半功倍的功效。
In order to maintain the competitive advantage and capacity for sustainable development in hospitals, many hospitals set up performance based wage system while carrying out personnel system reform.Which had fully demonstrated the principle:prioritize our attention to performance, and decide distribution according to one’ s work.But while designing and implementing this performance based wage system, we should pay special attention to several issues, otherwise, the expected targets can’ t be reached.
