摘要
通过采用文献法、Delphi专家咨询法,确定了医院绩效评价指标及其权重,并规定了指标的内涵以及评价方法,从而构建了医院绩效评价指标体系。该体系既可作为医院自我评价的参照系统,又可为卫生行政部门评价检查医院提供参考指标。
By the method of literature review, Delphi expert consultation, to select indicators and its weight for evaluating hospital performance, and define the meaning and approach, so as to establish an indicators system, it can be used by hospitals for carrying out self evaluation as well as by health administrative departments as reference indicators for evaluating hospitals.
