数据标准是医院信息系统的基础,也是影响我国医院信息系统数据综合分析和利用的关键问题。HL7作为一个著名的卫生信息交换标准,并未给我们提供一个完整的,针对目前我国医院信息系统存在的数据标准问题的解决方案。我国应在推广应用HL7的同时,积极研制适合我国国情的数据分类代码标准。

Data standard is the base of HIS, and lack of data standards is one of the key obstacles in making full use of the huge data produced continuously from HIS. HL7, which is a famous standard for electronic data exchange in all healthcare environments, actually is not a complete solution to deal with all the problems of data standard we have encountered, especially those involving data classification and coding. While introducing and applying HL7, we should develop our own data standard accord with our own demand.
