小儿外科急腹症48例诊治体会

Diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen in children:a report of 48 cases

目的 :鉴别诊断小儿外科、小儿内科急腹症。方法 :回顾分析 2 0 0 0年 1月— 2 0 0 3年 9月我院收治的 4 8例小儿急腹症的临床表现、诊断及治疗结果。结果 :本组 95 .8%病例为小儿外科急腹症 ,2例回盲部淋巴结炎中 1例实施了不必要的手术 ,1例肠套叠因延误治疗时机术后死亡 ,1例新生儿胃穿孔手术后 1天死亡 ,其他均治愈。

Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestation of acute abdomen in children and its importance in diagnosis.Methods:The data of acute abdomen in children on 48 cases were retrospectively reviewed from January 2001 to September 2003.Results:All patients were children with acute abdomen.One had ileocecully mphnvditis,One was operated on unnecessarily,One with intussusecption died after operation,One infant with gastrio perforation died one day postoperatively.The rest of patients were all recovered.
