丁螺环酮与其它抗焦虑药物治疗广泛性焦虑对照研究

A comparison of buspirone and other medicines in treatment of patients with general anxiety disorders

目的 :比较丁螺环酮与丙米嗪、多虑平、氯硝西泮治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效和不良作用。方法 :符合广泛性焦虑症诊断标准的门诊及住院患者 2 0 6例 ,随机分为丁螺环酮组、丙米嗪组、多虑平组和氯硝西泮组 ,每组 5 4例 ,治疗 6周 ,在治疗前、治疗后第 1、2、4、6周末分别予以汉密尔顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)和副反应量表 (TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果 :丁螺环酮抗焦虑作用与多虑平、氯硝西泮相似 ,但优于丙米嗪组 ,不良反应与对照组各有差异 。

Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effect of buspirone,berkomine,doxepin and clonazepam in the treatment of general anxiety disorders (GAD).Methods:206 patients meeting CCMS-2-R diagnosis criteria were randomly assigned to buspirone group,berkomine group,doxepin group and colnazepam group,each group with 54 patients.Patients in all 4 groups were given the medicine as long as six weeks.Therapeutic effect and side effect were evaluated with HAMA and TESS before treatment,at the ene of the first week.second week fourth week during the treatment period.Results:There was no significant difference in buspirone group,doxepin group and colnazepam group.The effect of the buspirone group was better than the berkomine group.Buspirone had fewer sedation.Conclusion:It's suggested that buspirone is effective in the treatment of GAD.
