侧脑室内注射葛根素对大鼠血压和心率的影响

The Effect of Intracenelro-ventricular Injection of PUERARIN on Arterial Blood Pressure and Heart rate in Rats

目的 :探讨侧脑室内注射葛根素降低大鼠动脉血压 (BP)和心率 (HR)的作用及机制。方法 :连续观察室内注射葛根素的大鼠 6 0minBP和HR变化曲线 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :给药后大鼠BP和HR明显降低 ,在 5min - 1 5min达最低值 ,与生理盐水对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :侧脑室内注射葛根素有明显降低大鼠BP和HR作用。

Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of Intracenelro-ventricular Injection of PUERARIN on the reduction of arterial bood pressure(BP)and heart rate(HR) in rats.Methods:BP and HR acted as the index,to observe the effect of PUERARIN.injected on the artificially ventilaled SD rats,anesthsized with urethate and immobilized by gallamine triethiodide,with 60 minutes continual observation of changes of the curres of BP and HR.Then the result was compared with that of the contral group and NS group.Results:After injection of PUERARIN.The rats BP and HR dropped significantly,with the minimum level of BP and HR between 5 to 15 minutes. Compared with the control group and the NS group,BP and HR have marked difference (p<0.01).Conclusion:Intracenelro-ventricular Injection of PUERARIN has a significant effect on the reduction of rats BP and HR..
