膝关节骨关节炎患者术前等速肌力测试研究

Isokinetic muscle strength test of patients with knee osteoarthritis before operation

目的研究将要接受全膝关节置换的膝关节骨关节炎患者的肌力状况。方法正常人34例,需要进行手术治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者21例进行等速肌力测试,对其结果进行比较分析。结果膝关节骨关节炎患者肌力与正常人相比有显著下降(P<0.01)。患者健患侧肢体肌力无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论膝关节骨关节炎患者一侧肢体患病引起活动受限,病程较长时,导致对侧肢体肌力亦显著下降。

Objective:To study the muscle strength of patients with knee osteoarthritis whom will accept total knee replacement treatment. Method: The isokinetic muscle strength of 28 healthy individuals and 21 patients with knee osteoarthritis were tested and analyzed.Result:The muscle strength of patients was significantly lower than that of healthy individuals(P<0.01).But there were no significant difference between involved side and uninvolved side of patients (P>0.05). Conclusion: When the function of one side with knee osteoarthritis was restricted for a long time, the function of the other side will also decrease significantly.Author′s address Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, 100081
