Industrial Application and Development of Biocatalysis and Bioprocessing

摘要 综述了近年来生物催化与生物加工的研究进展,提出了根据生物催化剂的制备和催化过程的特点,将工业生物催化分成生物催化与能量耦联型和生物催化与能量非耦联型,通过这两类生物催化成功的范例以及研究进展,探讨了加速生物催化与加工工业化的途径和方法。 The proceeding of biocatalysis in recent years was reviewed in this paper.According to the characteristics of the preparation of biocatalysts and biocatalysis process,a new method was put forward to classify industrial biocatalysis process into biocatalysis-coupled bioenergy and biocatalysis-uncoupled bioenergy.Some exciting examples researched or applied in industry were given to show these two types of biocatalysis.The methods for biocatalysis industrializations were discussed and some suggestions for further development were proposed.
