温下法和温涩法对UC大鼠结肠MIP-1α含量的影响比较

Comparison Between the Effects of TCM Warm-purgative Therapy and Warm-astringing Therapy on the Level of MIP-1α in the Ulcerous Colon of the Rats

摘要 目的 观察温下法和温涩法对溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)大鼠结肠MIP 1α含量的影响。方法 建立TNBS/乙醇大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型后分别灌喂温脾汤和真人养脏汤进行实验性治疗 ,然后于 1、2、4周 3个时间点测定结肠MIP 1α含量变化。结果 温脾汤组结肠MIP 1α在第 1周明显下降 ,而真人养脏汤组在第 1周时其含量无明显下降 ,与模型组比无显著差异。第 2周始随着模型组MIP 1α含量下降 ,各治疗组间无明显差异。结论 温脾汤在早期能更好地减少MIP 1α的表达 。 Objective To observe the effects of TCM warm purgative therapy and warm astringing therapy on the level of MIP 1αin the ulcerative colon of the rats. Methods The rat model of ulcerative colitis was established by TNBS/ethanol enema. The model rats were treated experimentally with Wenpi Decoction (WD) and Zhenrenyangzang Decoction (ZD), respectively, by gastric perfusion; and the changes in the level of MIP 1αin the ulcerative colon were detected in the first, second and fourth weeks after the treatment, respectively. Results In the first week after the treatment, the level of MIP 1αwas significantly decreased in the WD group while it was not so in the ZD group, as compared with that in the model group; in the second week after the treatment, along with that the level of MIP 1αin the model group went down, there was no obvious difference found among the levels of MP 1αin all the treating groups in the experiment. Conclusion WD can decrease the expression of MIP 1αand relieve the inflammatory reactions at an earlier time than ZD.
