摘要
采用湿法制备羟基磷灰石,并将其应用于不同分散介质进行电泳沉积羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷涂层,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)以及X-射线衍射(XRD)对涂层的形貌和化学组成进行分析.实验结果表明,不同的分散介质对电泳沉积羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷涂层的组成和形貌起着决定作用.
Hydroxyapatite is prepared in aqueous solution and utilized to fabricate the bioceramic coatings by electrophoretic deposition. The component and the crystal structure of the coatings are characterized by SEM, FTIR and XRD. The Result shows that the various dispersion media are significant to the component and morphology of bioceramic coatings of hydroxyapatite in electrophoretic deposition.
