摘要 基于离子色谱电导法、采用电化学自动再生抑制器,NaHCO3(6mmol/L)-Na2CO3(4mmol/L)溶液作淋洗液,对水中F-、Cl-、NO-2、PO3-3和SO2-4七种离子进行了有效的分离和同时测定.4,Br-、NO-另外,也考察了NaHCO3-Na2CO3淋洗液的pH、浓度和流速对各阴离子保留时间的影响.本方法与常规的离子色谱法相比较,具有分析系统稳定快、节省试剂、灵敏度高的优点. A new method based on suppressed ion chromatography (SIC) to determine various anions in nature water and tap water is proposed. The method adopts the self-regenerating electrolysis suppressor and conductivity detection. Sodium bicarbonate (6mmol/L)-sodium carbonate (4 mmol/L) is used as the eluate with flow rate of 2.0 mL/min in the method. Fluoride, chloride, bromide, sulfate, phosphate, nitrate and nitrite in water are efficiently separated and determined. The effects of pH value, concentration and flow rate of the eluate on the retention time of various ions are examined. Compared with the traditional IC method, this method is characterized with high sensitivity and high speed of balance.
