淫羊藿水提取液局部麻醉作用的研究

A Study on Local Anesthetic Effect of Herba Epimedium Water Extract

目的 :研究淫羊藿水提取液 (HE)的局部麻醉作用。方法 :采用蟾蜍离体坐骨神经动作电位法、豚鼠皮丘法、椎管麻醉法、表面麻醉法。结果 :5 %、1 0 %的HE可使蟾蜍离体坐骨神经动作电位消失 ,且与 1 %的盐酸普鲁卡因相当。 1 0 %、2 0 %HE有浸润麻醉作用 ,而且肾上腺素可明显延长其局麻时间。其浸润麻醉效果与 1 %的盐酸普鲁卡因相当。 2 0 %、30 %HE对家兔可产生明显的椎管内麻醉作用。 1 0 %、2 0 %HE对家兔角膜具有一定的表面麻醉作用 ,其表面麻醉效果较 1 %的普鲁卡因更弱。结论 :HE水提取液有明显的局部麻醉作用。

Objective:To study the local anaesthetic effect of Herba Epimedium(HE).Methods:The conventional local anesthetic methods were used:(1) the method of the action potential of isolated sciatic nerve in toads;(2) the method of infiltration anaesthesia in guinea pig;(3)the method of intravertebral anaesthesia in rabbits;(4) the method of superficial anaesthesia in rabbits.Results:10%、20%HE can completely inhibit action potential of the isolated sciatic nerve in toads,The action potential can get right after some time.It also had effect of infiltration anaesthesia similar to 1% procaine,and adrenalin hydrochloride can enhance its anaesthesia intensity and obviously prolong the time of local anaesthesia.It had effect of intravertebral anesthesia similar to 1% procaine.and the effect of superficial anesthesia,but less than 1% procaine.Conclusion:HE has an effect of local anaesthesia.
