淫羊藿水提取液镇痛作用的研究

A study on the Analgesic Effect of Herba Epimedium Extract

目的 :探讨淫羊藿水提取液对小鼠的镇痛作用。方法 :采用醋酸扭体法、热板致痛法、电刺激致痛法观察淫羊藿水提取液对小鼠的镇痛作用。结果 :淫羊藿水提取液对醋酸诱发小鼠扭体反应 ,热板法和电刺激法诱发的疼痛有显著的镇痛作用 ,且呈剂量依赖性 ,但纳洛酮不能对抗其镇痛作用。结论 :淫羊藿水提取液有明显的镇痛作用。

Objective: To study the analgesic effect of Herba Epimedium (HE) extract on a mouse model. Methods: The method of writhing by acetic acid, hot-plate and electric stimulation in mice were made to study the analgesic effect of HE extract.Results:HE extract could reduce the writhing times of the mice induce by acetic acid, raise the mice threshold of pain induced by hot and electric stimulation obviously, and it had dosage reliability.The antagonist naloxone could not reverse the analgesic effect of HE extract.Conclusion:HE extract has obvious analgesic effect.
