摘要
目的 :研究山薄荷的抗肿瘤作用。方法 :用改良寇氏法测定山薄荷LD50 ;通过对小鼠移植性S-1 80 实体瘤的影响来观察其体内抗肿瘤作用。结果 :山薄荷水提取液LD50 为 1 2 .0 8g/kg ,抑瘤率为 33.3%。结论 :山薄荷水提取液对小鼠移植性S-1 80
Objective:To study the anti-tumor effect of Dracocephalum Moldavicum.Methods:Use Karber to compute LD50 of DM and obsenve the effect of anti-tumor in vivo by mice transplanted sarcoma S-180.Results: LD50 of DM is 12.08g/kg,the tumor inhibit rate is 33.3%.Conclusion:DM water extract has obvious effect of tumor inhibiting to mice transplanted sarcoma S-180.
