消炎利咽片的抗炎实验的研究

A Study of anti-inflammation Effect of Tablets Xiaoyanliyan

目的 :观察消炎利咽片对炎症的抑制作用。方法 :采用大鼠足趾肿胀法和大鼠棉球肉芽肿胀法。结果 :消炎利咽片对大鼠足趾肿胀性急性炎症和肉芽肿胀性慢性炎症均有较强的抑制作用。中剂量组的抗炎作用与阿司匹林对照品组相当 ,高剂量组优于阴性对照品组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :消炎利咽片对大鼠的急、慢性炎症模型有抗炎作用。

Objective:To investigate the pharmacodynamics of tablet Xiaoyanliyan.Methods:The suppressive effects of the tablets on acute and chronic inflammation were confirmed by the experiment of granulation swelling by cotton and foot pads swelling on rats.Results:It was found that the suppressive effects on chronic inflammation in granulation swelling on the middle dose group was more significant.The high dose was shown more effective compared with positive control group.Tablets of middle and high dose was found to be effective in the treatment of acute inflammation,and worked quicker and lasted longer.Conclusion:Tablets Xiaoyanliyan has strong suppressive effects on acute and chronic inflammation in rats.
