摘要
目的 :研究原子吸收光谱法测定高纯稀土氧化钇中钙量干扰效应分析条件。方法 :本文用正交试验设计[1 ]对高纯稀土氧化钇中钙测定时 ,对基体和酸度的干扰进行了试验。结果 :基体和酸度的干扰表现为与分析元素无关。此外 ,仪器工作条件的改变 ,可不同程度产生干扰。结论 :此方法快速、准确。
Objective:TO study the atom absorbs the spectrum method measurement interferent effects of calcium in high pure rare earths Y 2O 3.Method:The interference effect of the basic body and acid in calicium content of high pure the sparse soil Y 2O 3 was determined by Atomic abscrption spectrometry with handing over to experiment the design.Result:It was found that the interference effect of the basic body and acid was not related to the concentration of calcium and change of working conditions of instrument counld produce interferece.Conclusion:The method is rapid and precise.
