摘要
对植物组织培养实验进行了教学改革,通过优化实验内容、改革实验教学方法及考核方法,使学生系统掌握培养基配制、灭菌和无菌操作技术,提高了教学质量,全面培养了学生的能力。
This paper discussed the reformation of plant tissue culture experiments. By optimizing experimental contents, reforming methods of teaching and examination, students can systimatically learn the techniques such as medium preparation, sterilization and operation of asepsis. The quality of experiment teaching is improved and students' ability is trained.
