油性极压剂对乳化液润滑性的影响研究

THE STUDY ON THE INFLUENCES OF OILINESS & EP AGENTS ON THE LUBRICITY OF EMULSION

油性极压剂在油基和水基润滑剂中的润滑性能有较大差异,试验考察油性剂、极压剂对乳化液润滑性的影响,说明在乳化液中油性剂的极性是决定乳化液润滑性好坏的关键,而极压剂的浓度是决定乳化液润滑性好坏的关键,复合使用油性剂或油性剂与极压剂复合,润滑效果优于单剂。

The lubricity of oiliness & EP agent in oil is different from that in emulsion.The test is performed to investigate the influences of oiliness agent and EP agent on the lubricity of emulsion.The results show that the lubricity of emulsion is mainly determined by the polarity of oiliness additives and the concentration of EP agents,the package of oiliness agents or the package of oiliness agents and EP agents is superior to the component in lubricity.
