p53在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达研究

EXPRESSION OF P53 IN PAPILLARY THYROID CARCINOMA

目的 :探讨p5 3在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达意义。方法 :用免疫组化SP法 ,检测了 6 6例甲状腺乳头状癌中p5 3的表达。结果 :p5 3在 2 4例乳头状癌中呈阳性表达 ,与性别、年龄、颈淋巴结转移无关(P >0 .0 5 ) ,侵及周围组显著高于未侵及周围组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :p5 3与甲状腺乳头状癌的浸润有关 。

Objective:To investigate the significance of p53 in papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p53 in 66 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma.Results:24 cases of positiveexpression of p53 were found in them.There were no significantly correlated of the expression of p53 with sex,age and neck lymthnode metastasis (P>0.05).The expression of p53 was significantly correlated with invasion (P<0.001).Conclusion:Since the p53 showed a positive correlation with invasion,it was considered an important prognostic indicator of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
