摘要
用单扫描示波极谱法研究氯霉素的电化学行为。在0.3mol/LKCl(pH=7.30)底液中,氯霉素在汞电极上有一线性扫描还原峰,其峰电位为Ep=-0.62V(vs.SCE)。峰电流与氯霉素浓度在1×10-7mol/L~9×10-6mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系(其线性相关系数r=0.9992),氯霉素的检出限可达5.0×10-8mol/L。该法用于模拟尿样的测定和氯霉素片剂含量的测定,结果令人满意。
Linear-sweep polarography was used in the present research to study the electrochemical behavior of chloramphenicol(CAP).In a supporting electrolyte containing 0.3 mol/LKCl(pH7.30),a reduction peak of chloramphenicol was observed at Hg electrode. The peak potential was -0.620 V(vs.SCE).The relationship between peak current and the concentration of CAP was linear in the rane of 1×10^(-7) mol/L~9×10^(-6) mol/L(r=0.9992). The detection limit was 5.0×10^(-8) mol/L.The method was applied to determination of chloramphenicol in urine sample and tablet with satisfactory results.
