论生态旅游导游的素质培养

On the Quality Cultivation of the Ecotourism Guide

生态旅游在我国已得到快速发展 ,是 2 1世纪旅游业的主流。然而导游的从业素质却跟不上这种高品位的旅游形式 ,加强生态旅游导游的素质培养势在必行。根据目前生态旅游导游的从业现状 ,文章具体论述了导游在生态旅游中的地位和从业素质的新要求 ,并提出了培养生态旅游导游的具体对策。

Ecotourism has already got very fast development in our country, and it is a mainstream of tourist industry in the 21st century. But the occupation quality of guides can not catch up with such a premium travel form,so it is imperative to strengthen the quality culivation of the ecotourism guide According to the present situation,this paper discusses guides' status in ecotourism and raises some new demands for guides,upon which some concrete tactics to train ecotourism guides are also put forward in this paper.
