摘要
对国企经营管理者队伍建设的属性进行了分析,将其定位于特定的人力资源管理范畴。在此基础上,讨论了国企经营管理者队伍建设现存的问题,并探索了解决方法。
By analyzing attribution constructions of managers' groups in state enterprises, we located it in particular problems of human resources. Based on this, the essay discusses the problems on constructions of managers' groups in state enterprises, and probe the methods of solving these problems.
