摘要
文章介绍了用废弃植物油经酯交换反应制成柴油替代燃料的方法和工艺流程,并讨论了提高反应产率的最佳工艺参数。研究表明:在反应温度为70℃熏当油醇的物质的量比为1∶6,以NaOH为催化剂且浓度为1.0%熏反应时间为20~30min时,酯交换反应制取脂肪酸甲酯(生物柴油)的产率为92%。用废弃植物油转化制成的脂肪酸甲酯,是石化柴油很好的替代能源。
This paper introduced the way and techniques of that how to gain the substitute fuel of diesel using waste vegetable oil by transesterification,then discussed the most successful correlation parameters in order to improve the efficiency of this reaction.The results show: 70 ℃ of temperatures and 1 to 6 of molar ratio of oil to methanol and 1.0% of concentration of catalyzer(NaOH) and 20 ~ 30 min of reaction time gave the most successful results in terms of biodiesel, 92% of mixture can be transformed into biodiesel.The fatty acids methyl esters(biodiesel)gained from waste vegetable oil is a good substitute of diesel.
