摘要
目的 探讨葡萄胎的复合微卫星 DNA序列多态性的遗传学分类与病理学分类的关系。 方法 采用 9个位点 (F13 A0 1、 FESFPS、 VWA、 CSF1P0、 TPOX、 TH0 1、 D16S53 9、 D7S82 0、D13 S3 17)复合微卫星序列 -PCR方法对 47例葡萄胎病例标本进行分析 ,与病理学分类结果进行比较和统计分析。 结果 47例葡萄胎病例中 ,3 3例为遗传学完全性葡萄胎 ,14例为遗传学部分性葡萄胎 ,40例为病理学完全性葡萄胎 ,7例为病理学部分性葡萄胎 ,采用 Kappa一致性检验 ,结果 Kappa= 0 .3 4 6± 0 .14 8(P<0 .0 1)。 结论 复合 STR多态性分析可用于葡萄胎的遗传学分类 ;
Objective To investigate the feasibility of using STR polymorphisms at the study of genetic typing of hydatidiform mole and to study the relationship between the classification of genetics and pathology.Methods All 47 specimens were typed by multiplex STR PCR(9 loci) and compared with pathology classifications. Results The cases of DNA from paternal origin only were found in 33 cases,and were found from both parents in 14 cases.In all the cases on the basis of pathological characteristics,there were 40 cases of complete hydatidiform mole (CHM) and 7 cases of partial hydatidiform mole (PHM). Conclusion There is no correlation between classification of pathology and molecular genetics for hydatidiform mole;STR polymorphisms analyzing can be used in genetics material origin determination of hydatidiform mole.
