摘要
目的 通过测定早期自然流产患者外周血和蜕膜组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶和粘附分子 P-选择素的表达 ,探讨其与自然流产发病的关系。 方法 (1)采用化学比色法和酶联免疫吸附法分别对 2 8例早期自然流产患者 (流产组 )和 3 0例要求终止妊娠的正常早孕妇女 (对照组 )外周血中诱导型一氧化氮合酶及 P-选择素含量进行检测。 (2 )应用免疫组织化学法检测流产组和对照组蜕膜组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶及 P-选择素的表达。 结果 流产组中血浆诱导型一氧化氮合酶的含量为 (5.66± 2 .14 ) μmol/ L,对照组为 (1.2 3± 1.56) μm ol/ L,流产组血浆 P-选择素的含量为(157.80± 10 .0 0μg/ L ) ,对照组为 (112 .54± 5.3 8μg/ L ) ,2组比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 5)。流产组蜕膜组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶及 P-选择素的表达均明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5)。 结论 自然流产患者外周血和蜕膜组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶及 P-选择素均有高表达 。
Objective To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase and p selectin in decidua and the role of them in the pathogensis of spontaneous abortion. Methods (1)We measured the levels of plasma iNOS by means of chemocolorimetry,and measured the levels of plasma P selectin by means of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 28 patients with early spontaneous abortion and 30 women who underwent elective termination of normally progressing pregnancies.(2)Immunohistochemical method was used for immunostaining and detecting iNOS and P selectin in the decidua of all cases. Results The results showed:Plasma levels of iNOS and P selectin are (5 66±2 14) μmol/L,(157 80±10 00) μg/L in the spontaneous abortion group;(1 23±1 56 μmol/L,(112 54±5 38) μg/L in the contrast group.There were significant statistical difference in the levels of iNOS and P selectin between the early spontaneous abortion and the normally trimester pregnancies (P<0 05).Levels of iNOS and P selectin in the decidua of spontaneous abortion group were higher than those in Contrast group(P<0 05). Conclusion The obvious increase of iNOS and P selectin in patients with early spontaneous abortion can be observed.iNOS and P selectin are involed in the trafficking of inflammatory lymphocytes into tissue and immuno modulation reaction.It may play an important role in the genesis of spontaneous abortion.
