摘要
介绍货车枕簧自动检测分选系统的硬件组成,误差检测流程及误差消除方法。其工作原理是:利用压力传感器和位移传感器所采集的数据,经处理、计算后对枕簧高度进行补偿,判断枕簧所在的工位,然后进行推料。该系统已在现场使用,收到了良好的效果。
It was introduced the hardware of automatic detection and sorting equipment, compensated the height of sleeperspring after calculating with the data collecting by displacement sensor and pressure sensor, determined working position ofsleeper spring, pushed the sleeper spring to the named casing. The system was used in field, and got good utility.
