摘要
首先研究了钢桥面铺装车辙的破坏机理 ,认为对于 SMA及密级配改性沥青混凝土 ,其车辙形成存在着初始的压密及流动变形阶段 ,而浇筑式沥青混凝土的车辙形成于流动变形阶段。深入研究表明 ,严酷的环境条件 ,铺装材料设计不当 ,以及慢速交通、重载交通。
First, the mechanism of rutting breakage on steel deck pavement is investigated.For SMA and dense gradation modified asphalt concrete, the rutting formation results from initiatory densification and flowing distortion of asphalt concrete. However, the rutting behavior of guss asphalt concrete results from flowing distortion of asphalt concrete. Then, further study shows that rigorous environment conditions, mistaken material design, slow traffic, heavy traffic, loss of cohesion ability at primer and under-compaction of asphalt mixture in the field construction are the causes of rutting breakage on steel bridge flooring.
