我省中小企业产品、技术结构调整与升级研究

Investigations into structural rejustment and enhancement of production pattern and technology of small and medium-size businesses of our province

中小企业发展在产业结构调整和升级中具有十分巨大的作用。中小企业不仅在促进经济增长、活跃城乡经济、增加就业机会、推进技术进步等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用 ,而且中小企业发展是保持产业经济持续、稳定、协调发展的战略措施 ,对产品、技术结构的调整与升级有着重要的影响。本文通过对中小企业发展在推动产品、技术结构升级中存在的问题分析 ,提出中小企业进一步推进产业结构升级的对策。

The development of small and medium-size enterprises plays an important role in the structural readjustment and enhancement. Small and medium-size enterprises can not only make increasing contributions to economic development, activate the economy in towns and villages, offer more job opportunities and promote technological advance, but the development of small and medium-size enterprises can exercise great impacts on the adoption of the strategic measures in sustainable, stable and harmonic economic development, and on the structural readjustment and enhancement of production pattern and technology. Through analysis of the problems with the structural readjustment and enhancement of production pattern and technology of small and medium-size enterprises, the present paper aims at a presentation of the measures for further structural enhancement of small and medium-size enterprises.
