馆员在高校读者服务中的价值体现

信息时代馆员的主要任务就是通过信息挖掘、加工、检索传递、咨询服务等手段 ,提高信息利用率 ,实现信息增值。本文围绕这一主题阐述了馆员在高校图书馆工作中的重要地位 ,及馆员在后台支持与前台咨询服务、网络服务、教学科研与社会化服务等方面的价值体现。

The main duties of the librarian are increasing information utilization efficiency and carrying out increment of information by excavating, processing, index transferring, and consultative service providing in the information times. This paper expounds the important role the librarian plays in the work of university library. Librarians incarnate values in backstage by supporting and providing consultative service for the fore-stage, namely by providing traditional and net service, teaching and researching, and socialisation services.
