摘要
从理论与实践上阐释了现代化人的素质构成 ,探讨了图书馆在人的综合素质全面发展过程中的优势、功能、存在的普遍问题及应采取的相应措施 ,为图书馆基础理论研究提出了新见解。
From both theory and practice, the paper elaborates the composition of modern mans quality and studies the advantage, function, existing problems and their solutions that libraries have in the all-round development of mans comprehensive quality, which sheds new light on the study of the basic theory of libraries.
