摘要
本文提出用多发电计划方案解决电力系统N-1安全性有功经济调度问题,并采用运算简便、快速、收敛可靠且极易模拟网络中故障支路开断的网流法进行求解。在多发电计划网流模型中,不仅考虑了线路N及N-1安全约束,同时还计及了发电机有功调整速度的限制,以保证事故发生时,能够安全地由正常发电计划过渡到相应的事故发电计划。通过对IEEE 30节点试验系统进行计算,并与有关文献比较表明,本文方法是可行和有效的。
This paper presents a new approach to solving the N-1 economic power dispatch with security using multigeneratior plan. The solution algorithm is network flow programming which is characterized by rapid calculation, reliable convergence and easy to simulating the outage of the line. In the network flow model of multigeneration plan, we have introduced not only the N and N-1 security constraints of the lines, but also the power limit of generator. Therefore, the normal generation plan can transit safely to post-fault generation plans which can ensure the corresponding N-1 securities when the line outage appears. The model and its solution algorithm are tested on IEEE 30 bus system. The result shows that the proposed approach is feasible and effective.
