Study on Financial Lease Business of Trust and Investment Company

作为金融业的组成部分,信托业和金融租赁业在我国经济发展中都扮演着非常重要的角色。分析了信托业与金融租赁业之间的天然联系,在此基础上,深入研究了两者之间的合作问题,其中着重分析了信托产品与租赁产品组合的模式,提出了信托投资公司开展金融租赁业务的实施方案,从而为信托公司业务的拓展奠定了基础。

As the parts of finance industry, trust industry and financial lease industry play very important roles in econo mic development of China. This paper firstly analyzes the natural relation between trust industry and financial lease industry. Based on this, the cooperation problem of the two industries is further studied, with the combining modes of trust product and financial lease product as the fo cus;Then, some operating schemes of trust and investment for companies to carry out financial lease business are suggested, which provides basis for the business extension of trust and investment companies.
