摘要
本文通过对CW6163车床的整机噪声测试和对原机床传动系统运动方案的分析,找出了该机床的主要噪声源是双向摩擦离合器非压紧边的相互撞击和主轴正反转传动路线申不合理的过高线速度的传动齿轮.作者针对这两个问题进行改进设计,采用定位接通离合器取代双向摩擦离合器的一边作为车削螺绞时退刀之用;拟订以降低齿轮线速度为主的新的传动方案和结构设计.从而找出了一条降低机床噪声的有效途径.同时也提供了一些改进老产品和设计低噪声机床的原则.
In this paper, by analysing the result of noise measurement and motion scheme of the transmission system of a lathe Model CW6163, it has been found out the main noise source of this lathe is from the impact between the nonpressurized sides of the bilateral friction clutch and between the transmission gears that have an overhigh and irrational linear velocity. Considering these two aspects, the author uses a lock-in acting clutch instead of one side of bilateral friction clutch when the lathe is retracting in threading, and designs a new transmission scheme and structure that can speed down the linear velocity of the gears. Thereby an effective way has been found that could reduce the noise of the machine. It also gives some principles to improve the old machines and to design a new low-noise one.
