Brief analysis on application of ERP and reformation of management

当今社会信息技术飞速发展,为企业竞争提供了新的机遇和挑战。现代企业的竞争已经扩展到了整个企业自身供应链的范畴中,文章对实现企业供应链管理的ERP(企业资源管理计划),从基本功能和扩展功能这两个层面上,进行了简要的介绍,并结合其中体现的全新的管理概念和思想,介绍了有关现代化管理的内容。最后,结合我国企业的实际情况,指出了应用现代化管理方法的紧迫性,以及企业实施ERP的重要性和优越性。

Nowadays, information technology has been developing rapidly which provides enterprises with new opportunities and challenges. The competitions between modern enterprises have already expanded to the scope of self-supply chains. This essay gives a brief introduction about Enterprise Resources Planning from two layers of basic and expanding functions, and also summarizes the notion of modern management by combining with the new conceptions and ideas about management embodied in ERP. At last, in the light of factual status of enterprises in China, the essay points out the urgency of application of modern management and the significance and superiority of putting ERP into practice.
