Academic idea exchange's influence upon technical progress

科学的发展与进步,很大程度上依赖于学术思想的交流与沟通。文章从科学技术发展史的角度,讨论了学术交流对推动科学进步的影响和积极作用。同时倡导大力发扬科学自由,学术民主,努力营造学术上的宽松环境,以利于开展学术思想的切磋与交流,真正贯彻百花齐放、百家争鸣的方针,从而促进我国科学事业更快地向前发展。

Development and progress largely depend upon the exchange and communication of academic ideas. In view of the development history of scientific technology, this paper discusses about the academic exchange's influence and positive effect upon propelling the progress of science. Meanwhile it advocates science freedom and academic democracy, and strives hard to make loose environment for academic, which is favorable for carrying out academic exchange and communication, and implementing the policy of letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend, therefore science in our country can be promoted rapidly.
