浅谈人的个性的张扬——兼论社会主义市场经济条件下的道德建设

A brief talk on the publicizing of individuality -giving consideration to moral construction under socialist market economy

人是历史活动的主体,人的主体性是人作为活动主体的能动体现,人的个性就是人的类主体性的个体化,其核心是人的内心自由。在社会主义市场经济条件下的道德建设必须着重培育人的个性,因为个性是社会发展的客观要求,也是道德建设的前提和基础。培育人的个性,首先要尊重人的权利、尊严和人格,其次是培养个人形成正确的自我意识、独立的人格、自主的能力。

Human is the main body of history activity, and its active reflect is the character of man's as main body. Individuality is the individualizing of man's category character as main body, and its core is man's innermost liberty. To develop moral construction under socialist market economy we must focus on cultivating man's individuality, because individuality is the object requirement of social development, the premise and basis of moral construction. In order to cultivate man's individuality, firstly we must value man's right, dignity and personality character; secondly we must cultivate person to form correct self-consciousness, independent human dignity and the ability to act on his own.
