文章对高等学校教学过程中学生旷课的原因进行了系统分析,指出学生旷课的最根本的原因是缺乏或丧失学习动机。同时,对"选课、选教"工作中可能存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了具体的应对措施,以期为高等学校的教学改革提供参考。

The paper analyses the reasons which cause truancy in university systematically and points out the basic reason lies in lack and forfeiture of learning motivation. At the same time, the paper studies the possible problems in election of courses and teachers and puts forward viable methods to provide reference for teaching reform in university.
