摘要
运用激励理论于企业管理,必须努力做到三个方面:(1)实行员工细分,不同的员工采取不同的激励策略;(2)针对员工个性和职位差异,寻求企业的最佳激励途径;(3)讲究激励艺术,避免激励的八种误区。
To apply inspiring theory in enterprise management, the following three tasks must be fulfilled: different inspiring principles should be formulated to inspire different employees; with consideration of the discrepancy among employees, the best inspiring method should be found out; inspiring art should be emphasized and eight erroneous understandings of inspiration must be avoided.
