1993～2002年台山市医院住院患者前十位疾病构成分析

The sequence of diseases of inpatients during 1993～2002 year

目的 了解住院患者疾病谱的变化情况。方法 回顾性分析我院 1993～ 2 0 0 2年期间住院患者前十位疾病构成及顺位 ,住院患者疾病分类按ICD 9统计分类。结果 损伤和中毒、循环系统疾病、妊娠分娩和产褥期并发症以及肿瘤构成比呈明显上升趋势 ,消化系统疾病以及传染病和寄生虫病呈逐年下降趋势。结论 应加强对损伤、中毒、心脑血管疾病以及恶性肿瘤等疾病的预防和诊治。

Objective To get the information of changes of disease spectrum with the analysis of the sequencce of the ten kinds of diseases ahead of the inpatients during 1993～2002 year.Methods The diseases were classified based on the ICD-9.Results It showed an evident treand of increasing protion in such diseases as injury and poison,circulation diseases,complications of puerperium and tumors.The portions of the diseases of digestive system,infectious dieases and parastitosis decreased with years.Conclusion It should be payed more attention to prevent and treat the diseases such as poison and injury,circulation disease and carcinomas.
