摘要
现代社会的领导测评已经成为核心人力资源开发的重要方式和手段,运用层次分析法(AHP)和数据包络分析方法(DEA)来测算动态的行为素质综合指标,将会提高领导者行为素质测评的全局性、科学性、发展性和有效性。
In modern society, the measurement and evaluation of leaders is very important in exploiting the core human resources. In this paper, data envelopment analysis and analytic hierarch process are used to measure and to evaluate the composite index of action quality. This method will be valuable to improve the performance of overall importance, science, development and effectiveness of measurement and evaluation of action quality of leaders.
