学习"三个代表"重要思想,必须紧扣"发展"这个第一要务,重视和加强党的建设,牢固树立人才是第一资源的观念,正确处理高等教育发展中的若干关系,谋福人民,不断开创高教改革发展的新局面。

Development is the key to our studying the thought of Three Representations, from which many other ideas can be established, such as the construction and strengthening of the Party, the view of humans as the first resource, the right approach to some relationships in the development of higher education, etc. A new phase of education innovation and development should be inaugurated continuously in order to serve for people.
