摘要
绩效管理是一种新型的管理方法。公共部门引入绩效管理已经成为了一种潮流。电子政府也是随着科技的发展被公共部门所广泛采用的一种新型行政方式。我国在积极建设电子政府 ,但还存在很多不规范之处 ,如信息库管理混乱、绩效标准缺失等等。因此 ,必须要把科学的管理方法———绩效管理引入电子政府的建设中 ,引导电子政府的发展。现在当务之急就是要建立科学合理的绩效评估体系 ,实现电子政府与绩效管理的无缝接入。
Performance management is new may of administration. It is a fad that performance management is introduced into public department. With the development of technology,more and more public departments adopt E-government-a new type of administration. China is building E-government actively. But there are still many weaknesses in it,such as disorderly management of information bank,lack of performance standard and so on. Thus,scientific management like performance management should be adopted to build E-government to guide its development. Building scientific and rational performance evaluation is our first job,only when we combine E-government with performance management well,can E-government show stronger power.
