Thoughts on the Supervision and Constraint over the Power of University Cadres

本文结合高校实际,提出从权力配置、制度、法规、权利、道德、舆论这六个方面监督和制约高校颁导干部的权 力。

Based upon the actual situation in universities, the present paper explores the ways to supervise and constrain the power of university cadres in terms of power distribution, regulations, laws, rights, morals and publicity.
