摘要 冠心病与低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)浓度过高有着密切关系 ,低密度脂蛋白血液净化已成为一种有效的治疗严重高胆固醇血症方法被广泛采用的。文章综述了低密度脂蛋白血液净化的方法及其净化材料研究概况。 It was known that there was a close relationship between the development and progression of ischemic heart disease and elevated levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol. LDL apheresis has emerged as an effective method for the treatment of refractory hyperlipidemia. Methods used in the LDL apheresis were discussed in this review, and the studies on the LDL apheresis materials were also introduced.
