摘要
针对目前对不渗透水泥石、高渗透水泥石和选择性渗透水泥石还没有统一定义的难点 ,文章率先对选择性渗透水泥石、选择性渗透能力进行了定义 ,并对选择性渗透水泥石进行了分类。优选了用于粗颗粒选择性渗透水泥石的无机胶凝材料 ,开发了相应的早强剂。介绍了粗颗粒选择性渗透水泥石一次选择性渗透能力的实现方法。分析了影响水泥石渗透率和强度的因素。最后进行的粗颗粒选择性渗透水泥石用于现场防砂的试验表明 ,粗颗粒选择性渗透水泥石可以作为一种防砂兼顾堵水的新型材料。
The cemented stone with selective permeation and the selective permeability are first defined in the article. Also, the cemented stone with selective permeation is classified. The inorganic cementing materials are optimized for the cemented stone with big grain and selective permeation. And the early hardening agent is developed. The method of realizing selective permeability for cemented stone with big grain and selective permeation is introduced. The factors effecting strength and permeability of the cemented stone are investigated. The test of field sand control by the cemented stone with big grain and selective permeation shows the cemented stone with big grain and selective permeation can be used as a new material for sand control and water shutting off.
