摘要
密封性是一项重要的技术指标,与产品质量关系很大。在内燃机制造过程中对零部件、总成的密封性指标予以监控,乃是通过在线泄漏检测的方式进行的。从用户角度出发,对泄漏检测技术的应用及一些相关问题,做了有针对性的描述和说明。
Sealing performance is an important technical index which is closely related with product quality.In manufacturing of in-ternal combustion engine,monitoring of sealing performance to components and general assemblies is carried out by means of on-line leakage inspection.At an angle of customer,application of leakage inspection technology and some related problems are de-scribed in this paper.
