摘要
以 1 苯基 3 甲基 吡唑啉酮 5 (PMP)和 1,3 二苯基 吡唑啉酮 5 (DPP)为原料合成了六种 4 酰基吡唑啉酮 ,并分别与氨基脲缩合 ,得到六个新的含吡唑啉酮环的缩氨基脲类化合物 .用IR ,1HNMR和13 CNMR对各化合物进行了表征及结构确证 ,并用X射线单晶衍射法测定了化合物 1c [1 苯基 3 甲基 4 丙酰基 -吡唑啉酮 5缩氨基脲 (PMPP SC) ]的晶体结构 .
Six kinds of 4-acylpyrazolone were synthesized from 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone (PMP) and 1, 3-diphenyl-5-pyrazolone (PPP), and then six new compounds of semicarbazone containing pyrazolone : 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-acetyl-5-pyrazolone semicarbazone ( PMAP-SC) ( la), 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-chloracetyl-5-pyrazolone semicarbazone (PMCP-SC) (1b), 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-propionyl-5-pyrazolone semicarbazone (PMPP-SC) (1c), 1, 3-diphenyl-4-acetyl-5-pyrazolone semicarbazone ( DPAP-SC) ( 2a), 1, 3-diphenyl-4-chloracetyl-5-pyrazolone semicarbazone (DPCP-SC) (2b), and 1,3-diphenyl-4-propionyl-5-pyrazolone semicarbazone (DPPP-SC) (2c), were synthesized by direct condensation of the pyrazolone with semicarbazide (SC). The products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, H-1 NMR and C-13 NMR spectra. The crystal structure of compound 1c was determined by Xray diffraction analysis. 1c belongs to the monoclinic system with space group C2/c and cell dimensions: a = 2.3590 run, b = 0.9456 nm, c = 1.3319 nm, beta = 101.65(2)degrees, V = 2.9098(8) nm(3), Z = 8, D-c = 1.312 g/cm(3), F(000) = 1216, R-1 = 0.0348, wR(2) = 0.0913.
