摘要
目的 观察大豆异黄酮和维生素C、维生素E的协同作用对 2型糖尿病 (T2 DM)患者糖负荷后血胰岛素 /C -肽释放和血糖水平的干预作用。方法 将 114例符合研究条件的T2 DM患者随机分为非干预组 (B组 )、低剂量组 (C组 )、中剂量组 (D组 )和高剂量组 (E组 ) ,并取体检正常者对照 (A组 )。检测各组空腹及口服 10 0g馒头餐后糖负荷试验 1,2 ,4 ,6小时的血糖、胰岛素及C -肽水平 ,计算 6小时内的血胰岛素 /C -肽、血糖曲线下面积和血糖水平。结果 4个DM组OGTT后血胰岛素 /C -肽、血糖曲线下面积和血糖水平均与A组间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。E组与B组血胰岛素曲线下面积比较差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。血糖变化 :与正常对照组比较DM各组中血糖达峰时间延后 (2小时 ) ,回落缓慢。血糖的增值D组和E组均与B组和C组间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 中剂量和高剂量的复合抗氧化剂对T2 DM患者糖负荷后血胰岛素曲线下面积和餐后血糖水平均有改善的作用。由于剂量效应关系 ,从预防医学角度出发 ,推荐中剂量组 (由 15 0mg大豆异黄酮和 5 0 0mgVC、 4 0 0IUVE组成 )作为T2 DM患者辅助控制血糖 。
Objective To observe the co-effect of isoflavone and Vitamine C (Vit C) and Vitamin E (Vit E) on the erect of blood insulin/C-P increment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T 2DM) after glucose tolerance.Methods 114 selected T 2DM patients were divided into 5 groups according to whether the mixture of isoflavone,Vit C and Vit E were given,as well as according to the dosage of the mixture.To test their blood glucose and insulin and C-p of fasting level and postprandial level after OGTT at 1h,2h,4h,6h.To calculate the area under the curve of blood insulin/C-P and the glucose increment.Results The area under the curve of blood insulin/C-P and the glucose increment of the four groups of T 2DM were significantly difforent the control (P<0.01).Comparing among the four T 2DM groups:the area under the curve of blood insulin and C-P of group C,D and E (INS P<0.05) wore lower than that of group B.Glucose:the peak time of glucose increasing were prolonged and recovered slower in T 2DM groups than that of the control.The increment of glucose in group D and E wore lower than that in group B and C (P<0.05).Conclusion In medium and high dosage groups administered the mixture of antioxidant,the area under the curve of blood insulin and postprandial level were improved.From the point of Prevention Medicine,the medium dosage of the mixture (150 mg isoflavone and 500 mg Vit C and 400 IU Vit E) is recommended for T 2DM to prevent atherosclerosis.
