高海拔地区心血管疾病与微量元素硒及相关生物活性物质的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨微量元素硒 (Se)及相关生物活性物质在高海拔地区心血管疾病中的作用。方法 :测定 4 7例心血管疾病患者和 2 0例健康人体内血清Se、血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)活力 ,丙二醛 (MDA)含量及相关临床指标。结果 :心血管病组血清Se含量及GSH -Px活力显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ,MDA含量升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,心肌酶中肌酸磷酸激酶 (CK -MB)和心肌钙蛋白 (CTn -I)明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :血清Se减少时 ,高海拔地区心血管疾病患者体内存在着抗氧化能力降低和脂质过氧化反应增强。 Objective In order to investigate the functions of trace element Se and the bioactive substances in patients with heart and blood vessel disease of altitude areas. Methods:The serum seleniun(Se)?plasma glutathione pexoxidase(GSH-Px)?plasma malondialdehyde(MDA) and the other clinical targets were measured in 47 patients with heart and blood vessel disease and 20 healthy people. Results:Se and GSH-Px levels in heart and blood vessel disease group were significantly lower than the control(P<0.01), and MDA?CK-MB and CTn-I level of heart and blood vessel disease group were siginficantly higher than the control (P<0.05). Conclusion: while the reduction of Se,there were a drop of antioxidation and increase of lipid peroxidize reaction (LPR) in patients with heart and blood vessel disease of altitude areas.It is suggested that the patients were treated with sodium selenite and antioxidant.
